Hi Angie: I too had plantar fasciitis for 2 years and did all the tings you have done. Finally my orthopedic surgeon did a plantar fasciitis release. I also had tarsal nerve syndrome and that was also released. It was a minor surgery with very little pain post-op. That was 4 years ago and I have been pain free since. I would strongly advise you to ask your doctor about this procedure. As it is very unusual, most doctors tend to minimize it, especially if you are an older woman. They just do not realize how exquisitely painfull it is. I just wish I had had the surgery much sooner. Olive
