Hi Angie - gosh, I hear the frustration you are feeling. I too have had PF for about a year. I got professional orthotics made - at first they helped immensely. Now I'm back to major pain. My pod. acts like orthotics and nothing else is the answer. I was interested to hear from the people who had surgery, as all I've read pretty much discourages it. This really gets you down, and affects your quality of life. It may not be life threatening, but it is still awful. I hope you feel better and find a solution.
