I have asthma too. Asthma is caused in my experience from allergies. I have severe allergies that have developed into chronic fatigue and anaphalactic symptoms. I had allergy testing for everything e.g., foods, grass, trees, molds, etc. and take allergy shots. If you are interested, I know a great physician that can help you in Dallas Texas. I keep salt with me at all times that cuts the phlem that accumulates during my asthma attacks. It really helps.
