I don't know if this will help but when I was in Hawaii last year we were on a tour and stopped at a little shop. Our guide was raving about this lotion one could buy to help with eczema. It is the oil from a kukui nut. I talked to a couple of customers who were buying it up like crazy and swore by the stuff. One woman who had had psoriasis said it was a miracle oil and kept her condition in check. Like I said...just a thought. I don't know if it will help.
