I too have eczema on my hands. Maybe not as bad as yours. It started about 15 years ago on just my fingers. Now it is on the top of my hands. I have been using Estee Lauders advanced night treatment syrum. In the morning and at night I use it. I dont sell or use any other of there products. I was with a friend and the salesperson saw my hands and gave me a sample. It works for me. Ask for a sample. I know I too have tried everything.
