I also had Lyme disease about 6 years ago. I had the typical bullring on my chest. There was no mistaking it. I was treated with oral antibiotics for 6 weeks. My lyme titer has ALWAYS been negative. I had a reoccurance of the symptoms the next summer and had to be treated with 6 weeks of oral antibiotics. After that I was OK.
