was put on Elmiron in Feb 99 - takes at least six months for good results. I am able to control pain now mostly through diet and 100mg a day. Stay away from citrus fruit, drinks, acid foods and hot spicy foods. Just had surgury for prolapse bladder and the urologist thinks I will be ok now. Took urologist a year to determine my problem.
