I was also diagnosed with IC a few years ago, although I think I've had it for most of my life and was never properly diagnosed. My urologist will not prescribe elmiron. I was treated successfully with the DMSO treatments but the symptoms have returned. I just started the new BCG treatments and will religiously adhere to a strict diet...no wine, no spicy food etc. Any suggestions? Thanks
