I had this problem years ago. It was from a dog also. Scabies is body lice. It causes little water filled bumps and very bad itching! You can buy an over the counter lice product. Most products now and days are for head lice and body lice. You need to apply it from your neck down, all over your body. It tell you how long to wait, then you take a shower. However, these products are not recommended if you have severe allergies to ragweed. You might consult your doctor if you have allergies. GOOD LUCK!
