I am dating someone with this and want to be as sensitive and knowledgeable about it as I possibly can. He's had it for 11 years, but does about everything except drive. Tell me, guys who have this, what you have found to be difficult in the dating process ( I know the driving part must be). I try to arrange it so we do things during the day because of the night vision difficulties. He definitely doesn't want sympathy and I understand that--wants to have as normal a life as possible. I really admire all that he has done. I understand his "driven-ness" probably comes from not knowing how long good eyesight will last. I'll accept any words of wisdom. Thanks.
