Endo can grow anywhere. I had it all over everything then had a hysterectomy. Now it has come back and it's all over my colon and bladder and along my pelvic where which is where all those nerves in your pelvic area are located. It can go into your leg, up into your stomach, gallbladder, etc. If you can name a part, it can go there. Trust me, I know from experience. Sorry I don't have better news for you.
