My daughter is 3 years old and is terrified to have a bowl movement. She is potty trained during the day but not at night time. She holds her bowl movent for days and even a week. My husband and I have to force her to go or she is in terrible pain. We have tried everything. We have tried Karo syrup, mineral oil, and much more. I would like to get as much fiber into her diet as possible. If you have any cooking or any other suggestions we would be greatful.
