You might try looking into a program in Germany. Look for articles by Hans Rudolf Weiss, at the Katherina Schroth Hospital in Bad Sobernheim, Germany. You can find articles on the work they are doing with scoliosis in adolescents, by checking in the Science Citation Index (your librarian can do it for you, if need be). They offer a 6-week inpatient treatment program that has offered success in improved breathing, and recent studies suggest that progression may be halted as well. Good luck.
