to naomi: I have ovarian cyts and am currently taking a birth control pill. I find out next month whether the pill has dissolved the cysts or not and hopefully it has! Now it regards to your question-I have a friend who is on Paxil and on a birth control pill because she has excessive body hair and weight problems. She has had to problems what so ever with the 2 drugs interacting. I hope this eases your mind! Good Luck! Please send reply if possible!
