Don't dispair. I've had it since 1994 but it was only diagnosed last year after I had a dizzy spell while driving and the next day fell in the backyard. Since that time I've been taking 4 Mecalzine tablets every day and haven't had any more symptoms since then. You can get the Meclazine over the counter at most drug stores.
