Dry Eyes and sensitivity to light.

Hi! I've had the same problem and it was the result of hormone imbalance and lack of adequate Vitamin A (which can have an effect on hormone production), also a lack of B complex, especially B2 in my diet. You have a job that keeps you inside, so it is possible that the lack of enough sunlight affected the ability of your glands to make hormones, but now the lack of adequate hormones make you sensitive to sunlight. Nutritional supplements might help you with this difficult situation. Have you had tests for hormone balance (estrogen and progesterone)? There are natural supplements and creams for helping to correct an imbalance if there is one. The Vitamin A dosage that worked for me was 50,000 units for ten days, and then 25,000 units every day after that. Hope this helps. J.
