Dry eyes--how about dry mouth? If both then you might have a disease called "Sjogrens Syndrome". I have had it since 1993. Diagnosis is difficult and few doctors are familiar with it. For the eyes, I use "REFRESH", a NON PRESERVATIVE base eye lubricant. Get it at Wal-Mart, comes in little plastic applicators. Not a cure but just eases the dry eye condition. Shogrens is one of many autoimmune diseases. Last I checked there were 2 sites on the net that had good info. Unfortunately, this disease is the cause of many other problems. I'll be glad to further chat with you if you find this to be the cause of your dry eyes.
