I second the motion for the L. Acidophilos from the Health Food store-the type you keep in the refrigerator. It's important to get a good, standardized product with lots of active Bacillus. (Yoghurt has L Acidophillos-just not enough unless you eat a bunch each day). Take one in the morning and one in the evening all the time. Cut out sugar as well as much as you can and drink more water. You'll see a real difference in a week. It's healthy for you and keeps your system in tune so yeast can't grow. It's a simple remedy that always works.
