Both myself and my daughters had plantar's worts a few years ago. We went to a dermatologist and he applied dry ice and acetone (I think it was). Anyhow, they were dealt with by burning out the warts. Seems to be the only thing that worked for us. And they have not recurred. Plantar fasciitis is another condition entirely. It is similar to bone spurs. So, it might be a good idea to contact a dermatologist for these worts that you have. Worth a try and we had success this way.
