I have a similar problem called Raynaud's Phenomenon. My fingers turn blue and white when it gets cold especially in the winter. My doctor told me to get thermal underwear to wear to help keep me warmer. She said that my blood was coming from my hands and feet to keep my heart and lungs warm so if I got the thermal underwear that would help keep my blood back in my feet and hands where needed. I have just started wearing them some. I guess it will take awhile to tell if it really works. But it is embarassing when people look at you and say why are your fingers blue? I know how you feel.
