welcome to the club, it is a type of eczema. i have had it forever (and am only 33)i had 3 biopsies done...nothing but hyper sensitive skin, now... milk aggravates it, some laundry detergents, dark color socks, and of course water and dry weather. i use this prescriptions only when needed: cetaphil, dermator and aquaphor so that my skin learns to heal it self. hope it helps.
