I do suffer from skin rash too mostly around my wrists, palms and feet. I thought it was due to a fungus,but my dermatologist told me that i just have extremely dry skin. I can't even stay longer than 10 minutes in the shower without itching like crazy all over my body. So my advice to you is Use a lot of body lotion for dry or sensitive skin(one with steroids such as the cortisone family). That's what i do and it helps a lot. Good luck and good health!
