I too have thorac outlet went to see a Dr. Evangelist in Charlotte,N.C. He ordered test to measure the muscle and nerve conduction , and an mri . After doing the mri He sent me to a neurosurgen who ordered milagram and cat-scan the he found I had arnold chiari malformation and also spurs on the spine and ruptured disc . We had the cervical surgery around Sept. and I just had the arnold chiari surg. I would suggest you see a good thorac outlet specialist or a neurologist
