Cathy, I asked my Mom and she said we were all screened at school and that if I did have scoliosis noone informed her about it I do remember being screened in grade school and it hurt to bend foward like the way they wanted us to. But we were also so poor she probably thought we couldn't afford any dr. visits so just let it "slip" her mind. When I was a baby before I was adopted I was abused badly and left flat on my back for hours at a time I feel maybe some trauma was caused by that too. Thank you for your time, Angelia
