I am trying to find out some info for my dad who has epilepsy. He is on medication to control seizures(he didn't have many to start with)but he can't find a decent job because companies find out he has epilepsy and don't want to "take the risk". Who out there can help with this kind of discrimination. Isn't epilepsy covered under the ADA? Even if he doesn't say anything, the drug test reveals his medication. What can he do?
