I'm very sorry to hear about your brother. I can tell you that the VA has a form you need to get for your brother to answer some questions. If he answers three or more with a yes answer then they will look into his broblem. It seams as if alot of problems has arised from the Gulf War Syndrome that is causing problems with the brain including brain tumors. Wish I knew more. Good luck & we will keep you all in our prayers.
