My son had seizures at around this agealthough not caused by fever. We had him in Children's Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. The doctors could not find the cause. My husband's step sister had memories of my husband suffering seizures at the same age and also without a cause. I think it may be that some children are more prone to seizures. Luckily they outgrow this shortly. For my son it was at three years of age. we decided against medication, although this was available.
