Hi! I was surprised to see I had answered your note before & that you answered in Feb! I guess I'm just learning how this works. The potasium citrate has been increased several times to arrive at the 40mg bid dose. This was determined by doing a 24hr urine for citrates. I am feeling alot better but my stones don't pass like yours do so that makes me nervous & want more information on prevention and treatment. What have you found out since Feb? There are several Sjogren's support groups and these are very helpful although the email ones can get prolific, still worth it. I will try to keep in touch.
