I also have Meniere's disease. I have had it for about 32 years. I'm 49 now. The conditions you stated sounds very familar to what I have gone through also. After two operations the dizziness is almost gone completly. I do have times when I feel light headed and unstable. The ringing in the head is the most bothersome. I have hearing in one ear only. I always have the fear the disease going to my good ear. I did'nt see your message until December. I did'nt know if you would see this.
