Hi Shauna, Don't give up. I have had dystonia since 10/98 & first got a real diagnoses last week. Have ST just like you, plus ormandubular, tremer & parkinsons. Got to the Dystonia web site & look for Anne Brett's page. She literally saved my life, I was so discouraged. I had been told that I was doing it my self, was doing it to impress the neurologists or my husband (married 37 yrs) was abusing me. Hogwash!! Went to UCLA & was given a diagnoses in 20 minutes. Don't put yourself through any more agony, go to a larger teaching university where they know what is going on. We had to travel 6 hrs for this & it was worth it. Things are easier to deal with if you know what you have. Good luck & take care.
