Hi Shauna, I just happened to come on this site for the first time tonight and saw your post. Your symptoms are very much like mine and I have been diagnosed with Spasmodic Torticollis, a form of Dystonia. I have received Botox injections since 1991 and am currently participating in a Study of a new form which should be on the market soon. It takes away a lot of the pain and sometimes gives me more movement. My head wants to pull to the right, but ST can turn your head to either side or pull it forward or backward. The pain and muscle spasms can extend down to the shoulder, too. I also have head tremors which get worse under stress. Most everyone agrees that stress is a big factor.
