There is no know cure for RSD. I have it and I finally went to a pain management doctor and he gave to choices one is the non invasive way which I did try for a month and that included using Capzasin-HP cream very hot main ingriedent is hot peppers so be very careful when applying it. Also take the drug Neurontin and try to take 1800mg if your body can withstand some of the side effects, And if you get no response take nerve blocks and see if you get any kind of releif. I tried the above using the cream and pills and got nowhere. So I am going the step invasive way as of right now the doc is not sure how and if the RSD can be cured? It's all by trial and error
