I have a daughter that just turned 7 and I suspect she has precocious puberty. She has needed to wear deodorant for two years, has started to grow underarm hair, has started getting acne, she has mood swings, she is the biggest child in her class and is still gaining weight. I am scared that she will start having periods in the second grade. I don't know where to begin in finding a doctor and our family doctor is a man and not a very warm person. My daughter is already self-conscious enough without dealing with a male doctor. Any suggestions would really be appreciated.
