My 7 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with precocious puberty. I had expressed concerns to her pediatrician during her last yearly physical, in which he didn't seem to think there was a cause for concern! So, I took it upon myself to find a specialist to see her. Forutunately I live and work in a city that has great medical facilties, University/Hospitals, so I called the Hospital information to get the number for the Pediatric Endocrinology Clinic. I spoke with a nurse and told her my daughter history of height and wieght for the last three years, the pimples, pubic hair, etc. And from there we scheduled an appointment to have her examined. So, this is all new to me and I am in the process of researching and gathering as much informatin as I can to help us decide what course of treatment would be best for our daughter. Charlene
