Major Cleansing For moderate plaque buildup usually indicated by tightness or pain in the chest; cold and tingling extremities; after a recent heart attack; before or after heart surgery; or with a known blockage of up to 30%. Symptoms of intermittent or active Angina with pain in the legs or arms, tightness of the chest and pain that comes with exertion in the legs, arms, back or face. May have shortness of breath and fatigue, heartburn along with high blood pressure. Use 4 to 8 oz. (120 to 240 ml) of the mixture daily or up to 6 bottles in 12 days. Extreme Cleansing For those with known severe blockages of 30 to 100%, anyone who has had any type of vascular intervention (i.e. angioplasty with or without stents, bypass surgery, open heart surgery). Improvement is generally indicated by reduction of pain and blood pressure. Requires 8 to 24 bottle usage and a 16 to 24 days period. Use 8 to 16 oz. (240 to 480ml) of mixture daily depending on the severity of blockage. Making The Mixture: Add 1 bottle of Angioprim to 16 oz. (480ml) of juice, tea or kool-aide. (No cranberry juice, grape juice, colas or sports drinks like Gatorade as they have metals and will prevent cleaning. Starting first thing in the morning take a sip (or about a tablespoon of the mixture) and repeat every 3 to 5 minutes or as often as you can. Do not rush and take large amounts. Extended Maintenance After completing a cleansing, recommended continued use is 12 to 15 drops of Angioprim several times a week in half an ounce of juice. Angioprim must be taken on an empty stomach. (Too much too fast will reduce effectiveness and may cause upset stomach or diarrhea) To heal damaged arteries, take Vitamin C 2000 mg a day with meals. Only plain Vitamin C without buffers, no flavonoids or rosehips and no Ester C. Also take Vitamin E 2000 IU a day with meals. Vitamin E helps soften and dissolve plaque. Minerals are metals and need to be avoided. Angioprim removes mercury and lead along with calcium which is a metal. Angioprim will not conflict with most prescribed Medications, take meds after meals. Read the ingredients on packaged foods to check for added minerals. During cleaning Avoid: food supplements and non-prescribed drugs, oatmeal, cranberry juice, Gatorade, sports drinks, protein shakes with minerals. No fish oils or Omega 3 or Flax seed oil. Do not take Vitamins or other supplements with Calcium or Minerals as they cause plaque. Avoid high calcium foods like milk, tofu, and cheese during the cleansing phase. No food or liquids for 20 minutes after last dose. Potassium in Bananas will help your heart and reduce muscle cramps. You may consume half a banana a couple of times a week. Also for cramps, magnesium tablets or milk of magnesia may be used. If you use potassium or magnesium it can negate the efficacy of Angioprim so use sparingly and with caution Hope this helps
