I think you should let the MD go ahead and give your baby a cat-scan. I'm a graduating BSN in 2 weeks and with the knowledge i have a cat-scan is a safe procedure that doesn't take that much time and your baby with a hip dysplysmia is not a slow down process so i say go for it.
