I was diagnosed with bursitis in one hip, but before long I had it in both. I'm wondering how the diagnosis was made from just an X-ray. The Dr. said it wasn't arthritis as I had thought. Does bursitis pain feel different from arthritis pain in the hip? I'm miserable, walk like an old lady and have pain all night. Celebrex didn't work, nor over the counter NSAIDS. Has anyone had luck with cortisone shots or accupuncture?
