I recently developed an itchy rash on my wrist. It's circular, red, with white clear fluid filled bumps. About a month later, I got the same thing in my pubic area above my vagina. It's not in the vaginal area, it's above in my hair. They both itch a great deal and become very sore. The bumps break open and then scab. The rash on my wrist has been reoccurring for the past two months. What could it be?
