For several months, I have been experiencing abdominal pain, radiating to my back. When I have the pain, I have an upset stomach, can't eat, and can't sleep. I have made several trips to my doctor, and have undergone 2 ultrasounds, a Thoracic CT and numerous x-rays. All of these came back clean and showed no indication of gall stones. Recently, my Lipase count was checked during a blood test and it is elevated. Now my doctor wants me to have an Upper-GI and a CT of my abdomen. This has been going on for several months and the pain is becoming more severe and more often. Is it possible to have gall bladder disease, yet show no physical sympthoms?
