Andre, the problem could be foods, especially the phyoestrogens like soy (found in many baby formulas), hormone disruptors from the environment like pestasides, or any of a number of other things. You should suggest taking her to an endocrinologist who specializes in early puberty cases, and a nutritionist to help ferret out possible culprits in her diet. There are also certain molds that can cause serious problems with hormones. If nothing is found to work after seeing the endo and nutritionist, have the house inspected by a certified mold inspector. Mold sent me into early menopause (age 35), my husband into early andropause (age 36) and my youngest has delayed puberty. The effects to the system by some molds can be devastating!
