I had my g/b out on 11-19-02 I had to have it out because of alot of gallstones and alot of pain, but I wish that i would of never had that surgery, because I got permanent nerve damage from the surgery, so now i'm in pain 24/7 and have to take pain pills for the rest of my life, I cry everyday because of the pain and I have seen numerous doctors (neurologists, etc..) and they all said that there's nothing (surgically) that they can do to stop my chronic pain. Now i'm seeing a "shrink" because I am so depressed, I had to quit my job, I have no life, because of what that darn surgeron did to me. So please think hard before you opt to having the surgery. Kim
