Therese,I was diagnosed with EBV about 4 0r 5 years ago.after numerous testing they came to the conclusion that I had mono.my grandson had it and he had sneezing and sniffles and the dr.said I must have gotten it thru the air.from being around him.I lost 25 lbsduring this time.I talked the dr. into giving me a B 12 shot which helped for awhile.the i started taking sublingual B12with folic acid and I take a B100.that and prayer is the only thing that has helped me.I still have days that I feel so bad I can't and don't want to move but thank the Lord they are not as frequent as they used to be.I have been told you never completely get over mono.There is Hope.just hang in there.I will keep you in my prayers because I can relate to what you're going thru.Charlotte.
