My husband snores so loud that we can not hear the TV in the family room. I am convinced he has sleep apnea. He literally stops breathing for a few seconds and then oh....my is it scary. He tears apart the whole bed sheets on the floor and tosses and turns all night long. I need some sleep. I am sure that the sleep he does have is not restful. His legs and feet move all night. Help me. How do I get him to address this or do I just wear earplugs ?
