I was diagnosed with a very mild hypothyroid and stated to the doctopr i wanted to look at the natural options and looked at the internet and did a lot of reading and found some interesting info. on what i could do. I ahve now been to a health food shop and got thyro Guard and am now increasing my excercise levels and spending time in the sunshine to obtain more Vitamin A. Taking kelp in the form of capsules and all the vegetable, nuts and fish has only made me feel a lot better than i have felt in as little while. My hair is looking better and my rashes and excema/psorias have gone. Also the healing process of my skin is getteing better all the time. If you wish to make a difference qith your life you have no choice but to change your lifestyle. There is no way you can go on cheating on yourself as it is only you who will suffer in the long run. Stress is a huge factor in these types of diseases and this is one area you will need to change greatly. I am a natural therapist who has worked too hard and now i have to pay the consequences to keep myself well. Good luck to you all.
