I don't have any personal experience with your problem, but after reading your message I felt compelled to reply. I truly feel you must consult with another doctor. . .even two or three. Your symptoms and suffering certainly do not sound "normal" to me. Also, you had suffered for a year without your doctor doing anything!! It sounds like he/she is not giving your case the thought and attention you deserve.
