Idiopathic scoliosis in adult women

I an 24 years old and I have had scoliosis since I was three years old. Right now, my upper part of my spine is at a 28 degree curve and the lower part of my spine is a 20 degree curve. Right now, I have had a lot of back pain in my upper, middle and the lower part of my back as well as on the sides of my back too. Since I am an adult, will my scoliosis progress or stay the same? What can I do about it and what can I do about this pain? Also, I tend to get a lot of tension headaches and don't know where they are coming from. Does scoliosis cause headaches and are headaches linked to adults with idiopsthic scoliosis?
