I have the same problem with my rt. ear, I think that I can't stand it anymore either, the loss of sleep, frustration, etc. I wish I could write you some encouraging news, but I don't know the answer either. I have been to several dr. also, but what is the use, you try different meds. and still have the problem. I just pray that God will take the misery away, and for you too.
