My son has this disease, and has had it for three years, so far nothing has helped his pain and he is on a lot of drugs. He has lost his short term memory from the drugs, he cannot even walk straight as times. He is green under his eyes from the pain and the drugs. He copes each day. He is 35. I cannot believe there are only drugs for this. He has had physical therapy, acupuncture, hypnotherapy, electrical stimulation, you name it and surgery. Is there anyone out there that has been cured of this? I was told it all has to do with carpal tunnel, but, maybe we have a predispositon to this. Maybe out there is alternative medicine land there is a cure, there seems to be no cure with conventional medicine. I would like to see my son as he was, he had his own business, but now he can no longer do programming. He uses a voice command for his computer and does the best he can in his day to day struggle with pain. I have written and been contacted by many wonderful caring people in the alternative field, some very well known. Many I cannot afford nor can my son. So, the search goes on. Any comments are welcome.
