i experienced that,too. my 1st pregnancy left my with varicose veins that caused alot of discomfort. i was told that the numbness could be from the baby hitting a nerve. i am not pregnant now, but i just got back from the er because of numbness, tingling, and throbbing in my pelvis and right leg which they said was from varicose veins, but they did test me for a blood clot. they said with clots there will usually be swelling in the leg and around the knee. i wouldn't get too worried, but i'd call your doctor. you have to take care of yourself and the miracle growing inside of you!! hope i've been helpful.
