My son was diagnosed with Kosman SYndrom (Congenatal neutropenia) at four and half month after there months in hospital. He has some good time and really bad times. I feel so helpless and have so many questions. Does any one know what is the average lifespan of a neutropenia patient and I have been told that a bone marrow transplant is the only way to cure this but all my doctors are telling me that a bone marrow transplant is not an option at this stage. I fear for my babies life and feel quite alone facing this mountain. Can any one give me some advise, answers, any thing.
